Who We Are

Established in 2013, Faunce Associates, LLC is a minority woman owned small business providing management consulting services to the Government Contracting (GovCon) community. We started with a simple goal in mind – to assist small businesses in establishing flexible and scalable business development, capture, and proposal support. Our team is comprised of experienced professionals focused on quality, developing solutions that help you achieve your goals. Since our founding, we have continued to grow and expand our services, talent, and the support we offer. With Commercial and Government divisions, Faunce Associates provides support to multiple organizations in the private and public sectors. One thing hasn’t changed, we still provide flexible and scalable consulting in support of your operational, research, and business development efforts.

FAQs

How do you determine the LOE?

We review the available solicitation information (past or drafts) and the hours we have used on similar bids to develop a level of effort. On average small proposals can take from 25-40 hours, and large complex bids make take 90-140 hours. The more you or your team are engaged in the process, the more likely we will need hours closer to the lower end of the range. For every bid, we only bill the hours worked.

Can you create my solution?

Our expertise is the proposal process, and with a few exceptions, we are not in a position to create your solution. We have access to Solution Architects and other Subject Matter Experts through our network, and would be happy to bring them in to support your proposal effort.

What are the OCI requirements?

As a general practice, Faunce Associates will only support one client per bid. The rare exceptions are GSA Schedule proposals and some of the scorecard based procurements. In those cases we are transparent and ensure that the teams working those bids are firewalled off from each. When you reach out for support, we will check our schedule of engagements to confirm our availability to support your effort. If we are not available, we will connect with another consultant (someone we know and trust) to get you the support you need.

How often will you update the content in the knowledge base?

We plan to provide new training content on a quarterly basis. The Business Development Mixtape will be an ongoing series with regular updates.

Faunce Associates, LLC is launching its Federal Division, focused on providing niche support to Government Contracting Offices. The RFP Therapy℠ line of services offer contracting personnel a mechanism for reducing the conflicting information in released RFPs and RFQs. Offering a unique industry perspective built on extensive proposal experience and the review of thousands of solicitation documents, Faunce Associates will launch this service in Fall 2021.


Faunce Associates, LLC offers solicitation review support to Federal contracting offices. Focused on quality control and compliance, and leveraging our unique industry perspective, we will review the full solicitation to ensure consistency between the requirements and instructions, offering recommendations for improvement.
